Provide Proof of Damage
If your cider bottles or cans arrived broken, please include clear photographs of the damaged items and the original packaging.
Secure the Return
Ensure the remaining items are securely packed in their original box to prevent further breakage during transit back to our cidery.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process a full refund or send a replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
